Right of withdrawal

At KYRA we manufacture our clothes with love and respect for society and the environment. We find it important that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Should the unfortunate situation arise where you are not pleased with your purchase, you will then have the right to return the product, with proof of purchase (dispatch note). This service is applicable until fourteen days after the order delivery receipt date. The shipping of the product that you wish to return is however at your own cost when you live outside the Netherlands. We will process your return application, provided the item is returned in its original condition (not worn or used, with the original labels still attached and free of perfume and smoke scent). If this is the case, we shall refund your payment including the associated shipping costs (only when returning the entire order) within fourteen days.

 Return application form

Items can be returned by completing the return application form. The return application form and the dispatch note will be sent together with your delivery. To be of better service to you, we have extended our return application form. We will use this information to alter our collection to your needs.

For return applications please send your item (with the original labels and price tags still attached), together with this form and the original dispatch note, via (fully prepaid) post to the following address:

We advise you to choose a safe and recorded delivery service when returning the article. Please note that without the dispatch note it is impossible for us to identify your shipment. 
Please note that KYRA will not be liable for any loss or damage to any returned items in transit and as such, we suggest that you insure your package.

The returns are processed and checked weekly, after which the refund is made. If you have paid for a purchase via iDeal, you will receive the refund within a week via our Mollie return payment system.
